Delete Your Account

This page lets you request the permanent deletion of your Donghua App Pro account and the personal data associated with it. You can request deletion at any time — you do not need to be signed in to submit a request here.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1 — From inside the app:

• Open the Donghua App Pro app.
• Go to Settings → Account.
• Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Option 2 — Request here: fill in the form below with the email address linked to your account, and we will process the deletion.

Option 3 — By email: send a message to support@donghuaapp.animekill.com from your account email with the subject "Delete My Account".

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data we hold about you, including:

• Your account profile (name and email address associated with your sign-in)
• Your saved favorites and watch history stored on your account
• Your subscription/entitlement records linked to your account
• Any support messages tied to your account

What May Be Retained

We may retain a limited amount of information where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes — for example, transaction/billing records that payment providers or app stores (such as Google Play) are legally required to keep. This retained data is not used to identify you for any other purpose and is deleted once the legal retention period ends.

Purchases and billing history handled by the Google Play Store are managed by Google; deleting your Donghua App Pro account does not delete records held by Google.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification. We may contact you at the account email to confirm your identity before completing the deletion.
