DMCA / Copyright Policy
Last updated: August 1, 2026
Donghua App Pro respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This page explains our position on copyrighted material and how to file a takedown notice.
We Do Not Host Any Content
Donghua App Pro does not host, upload, store, or reproduce any video, audio, or media files on our own servers. Our application and website function solely as an index that links to or embeds content that is publicly available on third-party websites. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content stored on those third-party services.
Because we do not store the files, in most cases the fastest and most effective way to remove content is to contact the actual hosting provider where the file resides.
Filing a Copyright Complaint
If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material indexed by Donghua App Pro infringes your copyright, you may send us a written notice at support@donghuaapp.animekill.com.
To help us process your request quickly, please include the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on our service that link to or reference the allegedly infringing material, so we can locate it.
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Our Response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to the specific link or reference on our service that points to the allegedly infringing material. We may also forward the notice to the relevant third-party host where applicable.
Counter-Notice
If you believe a link was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address with an explanation and your contact details.
