Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. All payments made to Donghua App Pro are strictly non-refundable. Once a subscription or in-app purchase is completed, the amount paid will not be returned, refunded, or credited under any circumstances, except where a refund is required by applicable law or by the app store's own mandatory policy.

What you are paying for: Any payment in Donghua App Pro is solely a fee to remove advertisements (an ad-free experience) and unlock related convenience features. It is NOT a payment for any video, episode, or content. All content remains free to everyone — we do not sell, license, or charge for content. You are only paying for the ad-free convenience.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to any premium subscription or in-app purchase offered within the Donghua App Pro application. Please read it carefully before making any purchase.

No Refunds

All purchases — including subscriptions, renewals, and any one-time in-app purchases — are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for:

Partially used or unused subscription periods
Change of mind after purchase
Failure to cancel before an automatic renewal
Dissatisfaction with the content available, since content is provided on an "as is" basis
Any accidental or duplicate purchase made through your own account

By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing immediate access to a digital service and that you will not be entitled to a refund.

Purchases Made Through Google Play

If you purchased a subscription through the Google Play Store, all billing and any refund is handled by Google under the Google Play Terms of Service. We do not control and cannot process refunds for Google Play purchases. Any refund a user may be entitled to must be requested directly from Google, and Google's decision is final. This does not affect the fact that, on our side, purchases are treated as non-refundable.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. After cancellation, you will keep premium access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and the subscription will simply not renew. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid for the current or previous periods.

To cancel a Google Play subscription: open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select Donghua App Pro → Cancel subscription.

Free Access — You Are Only Paying to Remove Ads

Donghua App Pro and all of its content are free to use. The premium plan does not give you any content that free users don't already have. The only thing a payment does is remove advertisements and unlock minor convenience features. In other words, the fee is for an ad-free experience, not for the content. Because the content itself is free, we strongly encourage you to use the free (ad-supported) version first and decide whether the ad-free plan is worth it to you before purchasing, since payments cannot be refunded.
